Juho Hamari is a researcher at Helsinki Institute for Information Technology HIIT in Advanced Virtual Economy Applications (AVEA) project, a graduate student at University of Jyväskylä as well as an editor and contributor of Virtual Economy Research Network. His background is in the fields of IS, eBusiness and marketing. His research, on one hand, focuses on aligning business modeling with virtual economic design, and on the other, analyzing virtual world design elements as marketing techniques used in VW-business.
