Darrell, welcome! Glad to hear you've found the bibliography useful,  
feel free to add anything you might find missing. Given that the  
whole subject matter is relatively new, I don't think that anyone has  
got close to getting to the bottom of it yet, and there are plenty of  
opportunities for all of us to make contributions. Looking forward to  
reading your paper,
